Emma's Pet Services aim is to provide a high quality professional mobile equine service to horse

and yard owners.  The service is tailored to exactly what you are looking for allowing you to ensure your horse is being looked after at all times when you are unavailable.

I fully understand the importance of keeping your horse in its normal routine and it is important that we meet you and your horse before any services are undertaken.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Initial Visit

I offer a ‘commitment-free’ FREE OF CHARGE initial visit, where I will visit you and your horse(s) / yard.  This visit is designed for you to meet me and judge how I interact with you and your horse.  This initial meeting is your opportunity to ask any questions you have about the services I provide and ensure you have everything you need before making your decision of whether to use my service.  We will discuss your individual requirements and I can then give you an accurate quote.

During the visit I will go over the basic paperwork with you, detailing exactly what it is you wish Emma's Pet Services to do.  I will also require details on each horse and take your vet’s and farrier’s details in case of an emergency

• Rug changes

• Turning out/Bringing in

• Grooming 

(Includes – a full 20 minute groom to remove any excess mud or dirt from coat, mane and tail.  Hooves picked out.  Should you require more for your horse / pony this can be arranged on an individual basis)

• Field checks

(Includes – checking and filling of all requested field troughs)

• Field skipping

(Includes – removal of droppings from requested fields)

• Waiting Service                                                                                                                                      Including Farrier, Vet and Dentist. Just like humans your horse requires regular health check-ups. Rather than taking a day’s annual leave please allow us to step in. We will guarantee to be at your stables 15 minutes before the appointment and in the event that your specialist is running ahead of schedule we will, the day before the appointment provide him/her with our mobile telephone number so they can advise us accordingly.

 

Costs

A flat rate of £17.50 per hour is charged which includes travel within a 5 mile radius of HP12 thereafter mileage will be charged at 50p per mile

Please note that prices are doubled on bank holidays

A non-refundable deposit of £10 is required to secure the booking
